Wrong network, wrong asset, missing tag

Yorqin credits deposits only when the asset and network match the Wallet screen you copied. A USDT send on the wrong chain, BTC sent as BCH, or XMR sent to a Bitcoin address will not appear as the asset you expected. Wrong-chain and wrong-asset sends are usually unrecoverable.

Always copy the address from inside the signed-in Yorqin Wallet for that coin. Do not reuse an address from chat, email, or a previous screenshot. Memo, destination tag, or payment ID fields are required when the screen shows them. XRP needs the destination tag printed next to the address. A missing tag can delay or lose the credit.

BTC and BCH are different assets. USDT on one chain is not USDT on another. TRX is not USDT-TRC20 unless that wallet screen says so. If the screen says the asset is unavailable, do not send.

Recovery of a wrong-asset or wrong-network send is not guaranteed and may be impossible. Yorqin may attempt a recovery only when the coin is actually on a wallet Yorqin controls and when doing so does not put other users at risk. There is no SLA. Do not send more funds while you wait.

If you already sent: wait the confirmations stated for the network you used, then email support@yorqin.com. Include account email, intended asset, network you selected, amount, destination, memo or tag, txid, and the time. Never send a password, 2FA seed, or a screenshot of a seed phrase. Staff will not ask for those.

Withdrawals to an address that belongs to Yorqin are rejected so funds are not burned in a loop. Paste a destination you control. Read the fee on the form before you submit.
